Terms of Service

The service

The EveriApp Marketplace (operated by EveriAI LLC) lets you browse, download, and publish applications built with the EveriApp Builder. The service is provided as-is, without warranty of any kind, while we are in this early stage.

Your account

• You are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping your password and API keys secret.
• We may suspend accounts that abuse the service.

Publishing apps

• You must have the rights to everything you publish, and you grant us a license to host and distribute it to marketplace users.
• You choose the license your app is distributed under (shown on its listing page).
• No malware, no apps that exfiltrate user data, no content that is illegal to distribute. We may remove listings that violate this.

Downloading apps

Apps are published by independent developers. Review what an app does — including its setup wizard and any credentials it asks for — before running it. EveriAI LLC is not responsible for third-party apps.

Changes

We may update these terms as the service evolves; material changes will be noted on this page with a new "last updated" date.
